Far Cry 3 Overview

Far Cry 3 is a first-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. The third main installment in the Far Cry series, the game was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in November 2012. The game takes place on Rook Islands, a tropical archipelago which can be freely explored by players. Gameplay focuses on combat and exploration. Far Cry 2 is an open world first-person shooter developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 in October 2008. It is the second installment of the main Far Cry series, preceded by 2004's Far Cry and followed by 2012's Far Cry 3. Far Cry 2 is backwards compatible with Xbox One.
